If you were wondering IPE is the Indoor Percussion Europe. Their sole purpose is on Indoor percussion and nothing else, dont expect them to go outside anytime soon… 
They are a non-profit organization that is building up the indoor competitive percussion activities throughout Europe. Not only for the drumming community but for the youth and encouraging growth and playing with kids and music education.
