ABOUT
Launched in 2005, Back is a Swedish womenswear label by designer Ann-Sofie Back. Back represents revolutionary thinking in fashion with androgynous designs rooted in Scandinavian aesthetics, which aim to break the restraints of a nation steeped in tradition.
COLLECTION
For Spring/Summer 2017, Ann-Sofie Back revisits her Wild West-themed Fall 2005 lineup, which happens to be her "absolute hate collection." Rather than redoing the entire collection, Back makes use of the past as her source of inspiration, creating a lineup of original silhouettes full of Western tropes: think gingham checks, Miami flamingos and palm trees.
